Candle exhibitors

Candle exhibitors can easily take you for a ride. You will find this out when attending a candle exhibition of some sort. You will be surprised with the results of how many candle exhibitors don't really know their product or hide the flaws in their product.

Let us look at some of these candle exhibitors and how their products are rated:

Candle Exhibitor 1

This exhibitor states that his soy candles are handmade and that they burn a lot longer. He also says that they have no soot or mushroom build up and they have an awesome scent. Very convincing don't you think. because they might be burning several candles you will soon notice that the wick that was chosen has a lot of mushrooming and a little bit of soot build up and that very often no scent throw is smelled, unless your nose is directly above the flame.

Candle Exhibitor 2

This exhibitor will probably inform you that his candles are also handmade, but the candles appear to be machine poured because every candle will look the same and have almost no imperfections. When candles are handmade properly, there are imperfections that actually make the candle perfect because it gives it a unique design. With handmade candles no two are alike. Many instanced, votive candles are actually made by using palm wax and then burns all the way down in 2 hours.

TODAY'S NEWS:

Come to the 27th Annual Victorian Christmas at Heritage Hill Park on Saturday.

No candles? No problem: 1. Get a papercup. 2. Get a torchlight. 3. Use a pin or needle to poke holes into the paper cup. 4. Tape the papercup to the top of the torchlight with some duct or cellophane tape.

Out of the numbness now, increasing number of people are turning out at the terror-hit sots and paying tributes to the lost lives and the damaged iconic buildings in Mumbai.

Candle Exhibitor 3

This exhibitor primarily advertises that his soy candles can also be used as body oil and that you can deep your finger in the candle while the candle is burning. Very odd, don't you think, logic tells us that you could burn yourself! They don't even know what type of fragrances are used or where they come from. Question - “if you make the candles why wouldn’t the candle maker know where the fragrances come from and what type of fragrances is used?”

It is imperative and professional  to know your products as a candle maker and to be honest to your consumers because you never know who you may meet!
